Bat 4 is a transmission exclusive to the Nipah Virus scenario. It causes bats to mob humans at night, causing injuries and sometimes being fatal. This transmission increases Infectivity, Severity, and slightly increases Lethality. This has the same effect as the Bat 2 transmission in the Necroa Virus DLC.
