Delirium is a tier 4 symptom in the Necroa Virus DLC. It makes people irrational and paranoid, and can be fatal. It slows future cure research speed. This symptom is best devolved when trying to complete Not Another Zombie Game because if left alone, it could lead evolution of Cytopathic Reanimation, which turns infected people and corpses into zombies, making Not Another Zombie Game impossible to achieve.
