Dog 2 is a tier 3 transmission exclusive to the Shadow Plague DLC. This transmission causes infected dogs attack their owners because of rabies induced by the Shadow Plague. This increases infection in urban countries, and causes an increase in mutation chance.

Government Actions

In the event that the player acquires this transmission, there is a possibility that the governments of various countries will begin to euthanize the nation's dog population. For this to happen, the local priority must be 40, in addition to the fact that the government of that country should have taken the action of quarantining the dogs earlier. When this action is taken, the infectivity in that country will be lowered by 4 points.
