EvacuApe is an achievement exclusive to the Simian Flu DLC.
How to get this achievement?[]
The ability Organised Travel must be evolved, as even Covert Expertise sometimes isn't enough. Then, the player must use the active ability Travel and move the apes out of the drone radius (not necessarily out of said country). This will earn the player the achievement.
