Hypersensitivity is a Tier 3 symptom exclusive to the Shadow Plague DLC. This causes the immune system to become distracted by allergic reactions, and makes it harder to cure the disease. This should not to be confused with Hyper sensitivity, which is a symptom in the standard plague types.
