Immaturity is a symptom in the Neurax Worm DLC and the Frozen Virus scenario. It causes hosts to be less mature due to hormone production, and as a result to poor hygiene, infectivity increases.

Neurax Worm[]
If the player evolves this symptom, there is a possibility that incidents of prank infections will be reported in a country affected with the disease, for this action to happen it is required that the global priority is 0 and the local priority is 10. When this action is implemented it will cause the infectivity in that country to increase by 5 and the severity by 1.[1]
Frozen Virus[]
If the player evolves this symptom in the Frozen Virus scenario, there is a possibility that governments will ban animal hunting, for this to happen the local priority must be 30 and the global priority 10. This action, when executed, has no effect on the country.[2]
