Making the event pop up

1. Start the Necroa Virus in Ukraine.
2. Evolve the transmissions Zoonotic Shift and Saliva 1. This must be done within the first 60 days.
3. Wait for a popup message which reads:
   • Chernobyl tourist recovered from animal attack
4. Watch for two red news headlines:
   • Chernobyl tour group attacked by wild dogs
   • Military deployed in Chernobyl over rabid animals
5. Save up 44 DNA points and evolve the symptoms Insomnia, Fever, Photophobia, Delirium and Cytopathic Reanimation.
6. Wait for a popup message reading:
   • <plague name> 'originated in Chernobyl'

Getting the acheivement

1. • Chernobyl animals infected with <disease name>
2. Immediately evolve Bird 1 & 2, Rodent 1 & 2, or Bat 1 & 2.
3. Wait for a popup message reading:
   • Tests on Chernobyl animals fail.
